Knipe Village will consist of a 4-story, mixed-use office building located in the Evans Churchill neighborhood and the Roosevelt Row Arts District.  The office building has been designed to fit the architectural context of the Knipe House with traditional building materials, shared outdoor space, public walkways, and activated ground floor retail.  The building will also include an almost 30,000 SF rooftop outdoor amenity and music venue with 5,850 SF interior space.
