Phase 2 of a large adaptive reuse project in the SunnySlope neighborhood of Phoenix, AZ. A retired gas station building located on the Corner of 7th Street and Butler Dr will be redeveloped into Baja Cantina and Petrol. Offering both indoor and outdoor seating, the project aims to be a gathering space for the local community. Offering affordable yet authentic cuisine and cocktails will be a great amenity to the surrounding neighborhoods. The design is inspired by the gas stations you would see in the Baja region. Featuring old gas pumps, signage, and retro motorcycle memorabilia.
